Moving Forward

July 12, 2017

Hey everyone! I'm coming to you from Sunny California!! Over the past 3 weeks my family and I moved across the country from North Carolina to California!

I will be honest with you, my essential oils came in handy as I was traveling solo with my 2 year old daughter.  Praise God for Peppermint and Lavender! Peppermint helped with the headaches and gave me a surge of energy and Lavender helped get us to sleep at night.

Over the next few weeks I will be getting my business license in the city in which we are currently living in order for me to legally do business here. I am so ready to get started working again!!

For my readers and followers not local to me- USPS can ship anywhere!! With our wonderful technology these days we can talk, text, message, Facetime, Skype, email, and etc. for us to communicate what aromatherapy options are best for you.

I will leave you today with a blend that my 5 year old loved and to be honest it has helped me so much with this transition.  Moving is hard! I can easily see how a person can slip into depression if they don't have friends to talk to or hobbies to keep them busy.  This blend helped to keep my spirits up (and get the weird smell out of my house!)

I used this blend on a paper towel as our household goods are still in North Carolina (long story which I hope has a happy ending and I will tell you all about it!)

4 drops of Grapefruit

4 drops of Lemon

3 drops of Lavender

1 drop of Neroli (if you have it)

This blend is uplifting, cleansing, and smells like summer! Add this to your diffuser or like I said, a paper towel and wave it around your house or simply keep in near you.  If you have personal inhalers it will be a great blend to keep in your inhaler while you are on the go.  Enjoy!!
